About the Project

The objective of the project was to design a course for participants who didn’t have previous experience or little experience in computer management and IT support. The course provides the bases of computer incident detection and diagnosis, and problem management.

One of the challenges of the course was to build hands-on activities which allowed the participants to interact with the computer components and to create troubleshooting scenarios for some of the practical learning activities.

I developed the content of the course with the help of the SME and the IT Support programme which the course is part of. I also generated the Coursemap which has the learning outcomes and the details of learning activities including their duration.
